Brooklyn-Paris connection! Veteran DJ/producer DJ Vas makes his debut on BK's Razor N Tape with four diverse tracks of funk, disco, and more to move the floor. Ya'll should already know Vas' edits are top notch (check his work on EDR, or his early French Touch house productions with Kojak) and he really puts his best foot forward here kicking off with an absolutely killer edit of Inner Life's "Moment Of My Life." Seriously soulful and uplifting, with extended grooves to keep the feeling pushing on. Also includes the juiced up P-Funk energy of "Wizard Groove," the after hours chillout of "Cream," and the heavy dub-infused skank of "Alright." Pressed on hand stamped 180 gram vinyl. Recommended.
