"I recently purchased a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon DC turntable from you, and I am really impressed with the level of detail and customer service I’ve received so far. The instruction folder is a great touch, and your excellent site gave me tons of info and insight into buying and setting up the turntable. Bravo!" - P. Cuffari
"Wow. I just got the turntable. It is amazing. I love the bags, I love the fact that I got it literally less than 24 hours after ordering, I love the cartoon easy set up pics, the stickers, record cleaner brush, and the sound is great for the money. SOOO Happy!! Thanks guys and gals--you just created a customer for life."- R. Montgomery
"I love the Turntable Lab, great service & great products. There's no other store or site I'd rather buy my gear from. I'll sure keep on purchasing my equipment from TTL."- D. Martinez
"It's always nice to feel like you're appreciated, and you guys have done a great job with that."- R. Abeel
"Turntable lab constantly deliver the best and most current selection of modern music on all formats. It's my first stop for vinyl house and disco music. The reviews are accurate and I can trust the buyers to source quality product. Customer service is second to none and Bret has been nothing short of outstanding in every interaction we've ever had. Proud to be a Labhead." - G. Laurie
"First off I just want to thank you and your team for everything you do! The equipment and products you sell are awesome and exactly what artists like me need. I remember when I first discovered Turntable Lab by searching online for DJ equipment. I was looking all over for different equipment that I needed and when I found TTL I was relieved to find out that you guys basically had everything I was looking for." - C. Arroyo
"My Rane mixer arrived safely yesterday. I just wanted to say thanks to you and your team for your speedy response to my initial enquiry and efficient delivery. Great price and great service, I'll definitely be telling my friends about it." - A. McConnell (Marrickville, Australia)

Holy Ghost! is a disco band from NYC that makes impeccable use of endlessly obscure analog instrumentation. They’re probably the closest that DFA ever got to another LCD Soundsystem in sonics, spotless-yet-gritty aesthetics, and overall fussiness. Their DFA-produced (one of the last things credited to both James & Tim) 2007 debut 12” Hold On preceded the disco revival by a fair bit, and certainly influenced a rash of rearview-gazing groups such as Escort and Midnight Magic. 2019’s Work heralds the revival of long-dormant NYC institution West End Records. This record is a direct descendent from the works of Arthur Russell (Loose Joints) and Larry Levan - intuitive yet clever analog sequences, bubbling arpeggios and flicked guitar under a heavy fog of “been there, done that, over it”. The disc starts with the two-part “Epton on Broadway”, Alex Frankel’s spoke-sung falsetto, Nile Rogers guitar, and a charmingly indulgent instrumental reprise. “Anxious” is an absolute highlight, shimmering synths and burbling bass that nearly make you forget the apprehensive lyrics. “Do This” starts with rowdy whoops and cheers, an organic touch that reminds you where and how this music is meant to be heard. This record is packaged in an expectedly classy sleeve designed by Michael Vadino (who has done pretty much every LCD record or thing).
- black vinyl pressing
- gatefold sleeve and printed inner
