Jamal Moss, aka Hieroglyphic Being, unleashes his hometown (Chicago)'s energy, drawing from the city's rich house, EBM, industrial, Avant-Jazz, and noise palette for a no-holds-barred stunner. I:Cube, who Gou has been an admirer of, retains the warm feel while enhancing certain aspects of the song, but his "Parallel Dub" flips the track on its head, taking it into darker, more mutant territories. Lastly, Jay Daniel deconstructs the tune into a sparse, broken funk jam. An essential pick-up for DJs wanting to give the tried-and-tested original a break.
