The young pianist returns to his roots and what first gained him some attention on his latest album, Covered. Joining former trio bandmates Vicente Archer and Diamond Reid, Glasper recorded a very intimate, live session at the Capitol Records Studios of unique interpretations of R&B, Rap, & Indie Rock tunes. Glasper leads the trio through outstanding performances of cuts from Radiohead, Jhene Aiko, Kendrick Lamar, Bilal, Music Soulchild + others. Recommended
