Originally released in 2002, Night Of The Illuminati finds Legowelt exploring the no man's land where Italo disco and b-movie soundtracks meet. The title track is worth the price of admission alone. It sounds like something that could have been turned into a Warehouse classic if it had only come out twenty years earlier. The record moves from pulsing rhythms to more dark and brooding passages. Eight tracks in all. Released by Holosynthesis on double vinyl.
