  • Quite the interesting pairing up of remixers here. Tame Impala's Lonersim jam "Mind Mischief" is treated to two inspiring takes that each offer something completely different. Ducktails seem like an apropos choice to take on Tame Impala's psychedelic fair as they tend to swim in what is relatively the same stream. The New England lo-fi protagonist adds a little modern flair to the OG, beefing up the drums and pushing the overall droney-ness of the song. A more far out choice to take on "Mind Mischief" is Swedish minimal techno producer, The Field. However, there should be know doubt that he would know exactly what to do with the track. It's all swirling chords held together by a metronomic beat, just the perfect antidote to bring your head in from the clouds.
