Is Quebec the best album from Ween? Opinions will obviously vary, but it is certainly up there with titles like The Mollusk as one of the finest from the brothers. More "serious" and a grab bag of styles—hard rock, psych, folk, electronic, etc.—delightfully weird moments also characterize Quebec, check: "Happy Colored Marbles." "It's Gonna Be A Long Night" is the straightforward rocker, and "Transdermal Celebration" also packs some punch. Not so straightforward are tracks like "Zoloft" and "So Many People In the Neighborhood," which remind listeners of classic Ween oddness. Also check out "Chocolate Town," "Among His Tribe," and "If You Could Save Yourself (You'd Save Us All)."
