  • Something tells me you're gonna be hearing this one a lot. Mark Ronson's fourth studio album is an undeniably funky affair. There are traces of Stevie Wonder throughout the record. Yes, he pops up on the opening track, "Uptown's First Finale," and the closer as well, but his funk is felt all over the place. The Mystikal cut, "Feel Right," channels a more aggressive James Brown vibe to great effect. And then, of course, there's the flagship track, "Uptown Funk." The Bruno Mars collab has probably already soundtracked the happier moments of this winter, but I'm sure it will move with you into summer like nobody's business. It's great to hear Ronson embrace the funk and we would not have it any other way.
