How do I get my free item?

After you have successfully placed an order for an eligible item, you will be issued an online voucher for that free item via email. You will have to place a separate order to receive that item. You will also be responsible for shipping on that free item.

Why can't you just send the item with my order so I can save on shipping?

If the free item is in stock, then we will be automatically send the free item with your order without any additional shipping charges.

Then why the whole voucher system?

In case of your free item not being available at the time of your order, we do not want to hold your order or leave you hanging without your free item. For example, Decksaver covers are included in our free item promotion. They are imported from overseas and occasionally will not be available for weeks at a time. In this is the case, you'll get your gear immediately, and when the Decksaver comes back in stock, you'll be able to receive it to the address you want at the time.

So how will I know when my free item is available to order?

You'll get (1) notification email the moment it comes back in stock.

While placing an order, should I add both the eligible item and free item to the cart (and checkout)?

Sure, you'll be charged for the full amount but we'll deduct the amount of the free item when the order is processed.

If I return the item which qualified for the free item, will I have to return the free item?

Yes, and you'll be responsible for shipping it back to us. If you do not return the free item it will be deducted against your return.
