Legendary Abbey Road version of the Amorphous Androgynous' sophomore release. The Isness was originally released in 2002 and was the second by the Future Sound of London to use the Amorphous Androgynous alias. This particular version was circulated as a promo, but has never seen official release until now. The commercial release of The Isness featured a different track order and different mixes than the promo (bka Abbey Road) version. The band themselves are said to have regretted the last minute changes to the commercial release, especially after working on it for nearly five years. The Isness marked a change in direction for the Future Sound Of London as the duo took a turn towards a more psychedelic sound. Rumors swirled as the band worked on redefining their vision. The resulting album is considered a psychedelic masterpiece by many. Twelve tracks in all. Released by EBV on 180 gram vinyl housed in a numbered sleeve with a printed inner sleeve.
