Apparently white men can samba! Melbourne's Billy Hoyle (Woody Harrelson's character in White Men Cant Jump!) turns in a collection of Brazilian edits for BSTRD Boots 20. He took the plunge and decided to completely flip Baden Powell & Vinicius de Moraes' 1966 album Os Afro Sambas. The results should be quite pleasing to aficionados of Latin music and beat heads alike. Hoyle incorporates the samba sounds of the original recordings along with hip hop infused beats. Another feather in the cap for BSTRD Boots and a pleasing debut solo EP from Hoyle.
