2024 repress of this Lab-fave boogie funk obscurity on 45. Seriously, if you made it this far, hit the audio samples and you'll realize how bad you need this. Original Snackmaster review from when PPU first reissued it back in 2009:
By now you already know I'm pretty much down with everything PPU puts out. But what's not to like? The level of quality shit they put out is ridiculous! The latest 45 represses more rare stuff you never heard, this time from Cardell Funk Machine with back to back soul funk heaters. Step to the groove of "Shoot Your Shot" with it's wicked slap bass action and pimped out synths then take off your fur coat and get your mac on to "It's All Over." Believe it or not, Cardell recorded this shit at Donald Burnside's studio when he was only 19! Seriously Recommended.
- black 7" vinyl pressing
- original release year: 198_?
- music label: Peoples Potential Unlimited 2024
