Record Store Day Exclusive! Alternate versions of Fleetwood Mac's twelfth album Tusk, pressed up on deluxe 180 gram vinyl just for RSD 2016. Originally released in 1979, Tusk is considered by many fans as the zenith of their long recording career. The epic album is considered the most "experimental" in the catalog due to Lindsey Buckingham's sparser songwriting arrangements, as well as the influence of punk/new wave production techniques, and is also infamous for being one of the most costly rock albums to produce - roughly over 1 million dollars - which was unheard of back in '79. Alternate Tusk compiles (mostly) unreleased versions of the tracks, many of which sound like early studio takes and demo home recordings with minimal effects and instrumentation that really lets the musicianship and emotion shine through. These raw versions are a must for any Mac fan, especially for those with an affinity to Tusk. 20 tracks spread over double 180g vinyl.
