  • Where ya ass wuz at?! Atlanta rapper Future's third studio album and follow up to what introduced most people to the choppy cadenced MC, the original Dirty Sprite mixtape. Future's career seems to have taken a few weird turns lately, but he has since become almost THE trap ambassador. The album doesn't break any boundaries as far as innovation goes, but it does offer a slamming listen that gets the club going just as much as the skreets. Drake makes a cameo on "Where Ya At" with what could be the weirdest chorus I've heard in a while, "F*ck Up Some Commas" was huge when it dropped back in March of 2015 and then all of sudden got a second life in late Summer early Fall with all the whips in Brooklyn throwing it into heavy rotation. This special edition comes with 5 bonus tracks on side D. Rap on vinyl, a rarity these days, but well worth it.

    • black double vinyl pressing
    • includes (5) bonus tracks on side D
    • printed inner sleeves
    • original release year: 2015
    • music label: Epic 2023
