Originally released in 2000, Four Cornered Night finds Jets To Brazil frontman Blake Schwarzenbach completely leaving his punk rock origins (Jawbreaker) behind him to fully embrace sweet and mellow indie rock vibes. This album shifts even more to this style from Orange Rhyming Dictionary with more prominent acoustic guitar and piano added to the bed of distortion. Also worth noting, this is also the first album to feature guitarist Brian Maryansky, who joined the band a couple years previous to this release. Comes pressed on clear and black colored vinyl (2nd LP on black vinyl), housed in gatefold sleeve. Limited edition of 1,000.
