  • Sought after 90's house grooves repressed for the first time! La Ronde is the very first release (BPM-001) from Hisa Ishioka's Japan-based BPM imprint, a sub-label of NY's legendary King Street Sounds label. Originally released in 1991, this seminal Japanese house album put together some of the best deep house sounds from Far East heavyweights Soichi Terada, Toshihiko Mori (of Jazzadelic), and Hiroshi Matsui, plus a track from NYC legend Pal Joey! The sound has aged beautifully and captures the deep, ambient house vibe in its purest form. Original pressings are rare and highly in-demand amongst house heads, usually catching over $150 on the second hand market, making this remastered double 12" repress (the original was crammed on a single LP) more than welcome. Very recommended.

    • first ever repress
    • double 12" pressing w/ remastered sound
    • music label: BPM 1991 / 2015
