Veteran Swedish DJ and producer Opolopo is back! You might remember his killer Gregory Porter remix from a couple of years back which was on rotation just about everywhere. This time around he takes on the King Of Pop, delivering some modern soul inspired house reworks of two of MJ's classics. The "House Bounce" version of "Rock With You" goes in a Latin boogie direction with a huge bass line and plenty of percussion. Perfect for the Body And Soul set. Opolopo takes the track in a different direction on the flip, slowing down the pace and settling into an airy groove. The 12" closes with a boogie take on "Billie Jean." It's a hefty rework, complete with a rubbery bass line and plenty of synth work to keep things moving. Another winner from Opolopo.
