  • Nebraska makes his 12" debut for Mister Saturday Night! After popping up on the MSN full length Weekends And Beginnings with the awesome "Green Marimba", I knew it was only a matter of time till Nebraska got his own release on the Brooklyn label. Heads should already be familiar with his top quality work for labels like Rush Hour and Delusions Of Grandeur, and here he delivers in aces with a few smooth, sample-based groovers and a peak time disco jam. "Little Chan" sets the vibe right with jazzy keys over a shuffling rhythm to get things shaking. Up next, "The Stoop" slows it down with a hefty groove reminiscent of Motor City Drum Ensemble that just don't quit. On the flip, "Stand your Ground" is set to put the dancefloor in motion with mesmerizing synthesizer earworms, while "Emotional Rescue" is pure hands-in-the-air disco house bliss. Hand stamped labels in card board sleeves. Recommended.
