Fifth studio album from alternative country starlett.'Middle Cyclone' took three years to record according to Case. The album was recorded in studios all over the US, giving the album an Americana road trip type vibe. Going all Neil Young on us, Case bought a farm in Vermont and recorded some of the vast sounding Piano orchestra parts out in the open. This ties in with the nature-y theme that is close to Case's upbringing. The album also features a gang of guest stars from M. Ward, The New Pornographers, Los Lobos, Calexico and more. Perfect for real camp vibes or those stylized live in a vintage barn inspired apartment in Bushwick kind of vibes.
