Sophomore studio album from Paris' Nouvelle Vague. Bande A Part was originally released in 2006 and, just like the band's eponymous debut, included bossa nova cover versions of 1980s new wave tracks. The music is easy listening for the modern listener that is somewhat kitschy but nowhere near cheesy. The album features remakes of songs by Buzzcocks, Yazoo, Blondie, New Order, and many more. Fourteen tracks in all. Released by !K7 Records on limited edition pink vinyl housed in a full color sleeve with a download code.
- pink colored vinyl
