  • Proper tribute to legendary house producer, dj, and vocalist, Romanthony. Most people will recognize Romanthony as the voice behind Daft Punk's "One More Time," but his legacy runs much deeper as he had been producing and singing on classic house records since the early 90's. His unfortunate and untimely passing came in early 2013, just as Glasgow Underground was planning a series of reissues and remixes. After speaking with Romanthony's family and advisors, the label decided to go on with the releases to help create a legacy for his children. This 12" is part of the series and features an impeccable Detroit disco house version of "Ministry of Love" by Lab favorite Andres, a heavy techno variation from Mirrors vs. Kevin McKay, and an acidic remix from McKay himself. The two versions from McKay will surely rock the spot, but Andres is clearly the most special for the dancefloor. Recommended.
