Ugly Edits #2 is new to the Lab and features Theo Parrish's brilliant extended re-edit of Harold Melvin and The Bluenotes' classic disco song, "The Love I Lost." The track is so goddamned funky, it makes me wanna cry out "I love disco!" for the first time in my life (I really kinda hate it). On the flip, Theo brings us the kind of dusty, smokey, late night Moodymann flavored house track a la Sound Signature that makes me love him so much - in my opinion, this is the sound he does best.

The track is so goddamned funky, it makes me wanna cry out "I love disco!" for the first time in my life (I really kinda hate it). On the flip, Theo brings us the kind of dusty, smokey, late night Moodymann flavored house track a la Sound Signature that makes me love him so much - in my opinion, this is the sound he does best.
