Zeds Dead! The Toronto duo's career started during MySpace days, and it's deep catalog of remixes and original work has always been about mashing up different genres w/ the underlying theme of bass. The formula has been extremely successful as ZD's releases have put the group on a long international tour circuit, and in 2016, Zeds Dead set setup its own imprint, Deadbeats. Northern Lights is the first full-length from the group, and as expected, it's a diverse body of work, not just in terms of the production (hints of dubstep, trap, future bass, house, electro, hip-hop, pop, and other subgenres) but with features: Dragonette, Pusha T, Jadakiss, Styles P, Charlotte OC, Elliphant, Diplo, Twin Shadow, Rivers Cuomo, NGHTMRE, and more make appearances. Check out "Stardust," "Blame," "Lights Out," "Too Young," "DNA," "Frontlines," "Dimemories," and "Symphony."
