Lab Overview

Extraordinary Machine, Fiona Apple’s third full-length, came on the heels of the songwriter’s six-year hiatus, and the 2005 release had its share of issues. But what came out at the other end of label disputes, mp3 leaks, and reported re-writes is a brilliant pop album widely recognized as Apple’s finest work. The album has been repressed on 180 gram vinyl along with 1996's Tidal, 1999's When The Pawn and 2012's The Idler Wheel, and tracks like “Extraordinary Machine,” “Get Him Back,” Please Please Please,” and “Waltz (Better Than Fine)” are still full of the eloquence, originality and timelessness that we’ve come to associate Fiona Apple with.
