  • Bronsolini going strictly for the jeeps. Though Bronson been getting a lot of flack lately from the internet masses, I still have a penchant for the Queens rapper. Yeah, he sounds like Ghost... we get it. So what? Dude is funny, talks about mad food, and even sings. The closest Ghostdini ever got to singing are his whiney raps on The W and I generally skipped over those tracks. While other rappers are a product of the internet, Bronson is a product of the WWF watching, video game playing, bodega apple turnover generation that is closer to my heart than Shaolin is... end tangent. Coming off the SAAAB Stories EP, Mr. Wonderful brings us back to the cooler styled Blue Chips Mixtapes than his earlier 'Hip Hop Hip Hop' offerings. Stand out cuts are lead singles 'Easy Rider' where dude sits on top of what sounds like a fuzzed out Turkish sample and 'Baby Blue' with Chicago young maestro Chance The Rapper. You're either with em or you're not, but Bronson definitely doesn't need to apologize for being who he is.

    • black vinyl pressing
    • printed insert
    • music label: Atlantic 2015
