After rocking 12"s for Mister Saturday Night, 100% Silk, and Third Ear, it's obvious Burkat knows what it takes to move the crowd, and this PermVac release is sure to groove 'em. "Pay The Rent" sets it off with sparkling melodies over tight, bumping drums to make even the most staunch wallflower cut a rug. A beautiful, deep, and organic feel. "Three Rivers" captures a similar vibe, but with resonant bass pulses balanced by spacey horn work. Also includes the Barnt Remix of "Pay The Rent" that puts emphasis on the ambience and those crystalline synth washes.
