Brief vignettes of warm summery euphoria wrapped in guitars and drum machines and dreamy, lo-fi, reverb-coated vocals remind me of a time that feels like a dream. After "Pope Is A Rockstar" made the rounds on TikTok, the beloved band is back in the spotlight and the comforting, nostalgic sounds of the record have been introduced to a much larger audience. Regardless of where you were in the summer of 2016, this record will transport you to the front porch, birds chirping, friends laughing, grass blowing in the breeze. SALES was originally recorded in 2016 and was the band's debut LP following the "SALES EP". Includes the songs: "Pope Is A Rockstar," "Big Sis" and "Sorry Bro." 15 tracks in all. This reissue is self released by SALES and is now physically available for the first time since 2016.
