For III, the dynamic duo do it up on their own freshly-minted Funk On Sight imprint, giving you more of what your funkin' for (think Gap Band, Chic, Parliament, Kool & The Gang). Gotta give it up to Jake One's impeccable production, absolutely nailing that 80's R&B sound with plenty of thicc bass lines, fat drums, and enough squiggle-synth ear worms to keep you grooving for days. Hawthorne is a seasoned veteran by this point on the vocals, laying it down proper track after track, with a little help from the featured homies Dam-Funk, MF DOOM, Gabriel Garzón-Montano, and Benny Sings. Eleven tracks in all, so put your dancing shoes on and get on down... the Tuxedo Way. Recommended.
