The album comes following an extended period of flirting with electronic and dance music thru the 90's (namely 1997's Pop), to come back to more traditional instruments and song arrangements. Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois are on brought on board for production duties, who bring back the melodic, hook-filled rock of U2's musical past with aplomb. This 2018 Island pressing comes on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl and features completely remastered sound.
