Lab Overview

Expansive collection of tracks from the UK's Four Tet. Pink compiles the singles that the busy producer released on his own Text Records between 2011 and 2012. After giving us a variety of releases, from the jazz-inspired Everything Ecstatic to the collaborations with drummer Steve Reid, it seems that Four Tet was ready to return to the dancefloor. He dropped three 12" of club ready material that incorporated some of his experimental side. Tracks like "Locked" and "Jupiters" placed him firmly in the UK club world while still setting Four Tet aside from the pack. Includes two previously unreleased tracks. Released by Text Records on double vinyl.
