Air's third full length from 2001. 10,000 Hz Legend followed up the now classic Virgin Suicides Soundtrack (released the year prior) and found the French duo of Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel expanding with synth experimentation inspired by 70's pioneers like Jean Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream and Vangelis. This added to their mellowed-out psychedelic pop vibe resulted in a noticable evolution in their sound. 11 tracks with guest appearances from Beck and suGar Yoshinaga of Buffalo Daughter.
