Lab Overview

Can't remember where I first heard of 52nd Street, maybe the Fac. Dance comps that Strut put out a decade or so ago. Eventually led me to this, their 1982 debut single for Factory Records (!) and have been stalking D*sc*gs for it ever since. Frenzied Brit funk grooves, mind blowing artwork and the Factory logo stamped on the back, basically a recipe for a record you're never ever gonna find. Enter Be With Records with the official repress, authorized by founding member Tony Henry with full color reproduction of the original artwork (front and back!). Essential for Factory Records heads and anyone looking for non-obvious boogie joints. Recommended.
