Just the beats. Instrumental companion to Ghostface & BadBadNotGood's Sour Soul album. No diss to GFK, but when the beats sound this good, sometimes you gotta just let 'em breathe on their own. The Toronto jazz trio really put their best foot forward on this one with 12 tracks of raw, uncut Shaolin funk on some lost blaxploitation soundtrack ish. 2020 repress.
