Balearica Records is back with five more Balearic classics! #16 starts off with the chugging disco groove of "Dubbing in Buk-In-Hamm Palace" a reggae disco burner from the legendary Peter Tosh. Pay no attention to the label, as the next track to follow is actually Bella Vista's rare and in-demand "Mister Wong (Disco Dub)." It's a wonderfully dubbed out slow motion disco classic. French jazz funker Dwight Druick follows with his cover of Toto's yacht rock classic "Georgy Porgy," which is set on ultra smooth vibes. After that you might be expecting Grace Jones to pop up as the Compass Point All Stars confusingly titled "Peanut Butter" comes in. No, it's not the Gwen Guthrie track of the same name, but the instrumental for Jones' "Pull Up To The Bumper." Suan's "Flash" closes things out with some italo soft rock vibrations. Supreme picks throughout.
