Like previous efforts, Coma Ecliptic is another concept album from the American prog metal band, this time dealing with a man stuck in a coma dealing with his past lives. Epic stuff, and certainly categorizable as a "rockopera" as the band calls it. Eleven tracks including "The Coma Machine," "Famine Wolf," "The Ectopic Stroll," and more. Double 180 gram pink vinyl pressing as part of the Ten Bands For One Cause reissue series.
