Compilers Francis Engelhardt and Paul Nickerson give shine to two important Brian Eno collaborations here, one with Jon Hassell , the other with David Bowie. Hassell released Fourth World Music on Eno's EG imprint back in the early 80's and "Ba Benzele" is the essence of their ethno-ambient fusion. "Subterraneans" off David Bowie's Low takes the B-side, a powerful and emotionally charged ambient soundscape that is both haunting and beautiful. Essential listening for those that enjoy being trasported to other worlds via sound. High quality pressing housed in silk screened sleeve, recommended.
