  • Deluxe reissue of Brian Eno's solo debut. Before his highly influential ambient works, Brian Eno was already a notable musician, working with Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music. It was around this time that he stepped out on his own with 1973's Here Comes the Warm Jets, a hybrid of the glam and art rock styles he had already come to know, but with a more experimental edge. Along with King Crimson's Robert Fripp (who he would later work with on the incredible Fripp & Eno recordings), Roxy Music members, and Hawkwind, he pushed this particular style and ended up with a classic album that stands the test of time. Includes all the jams like "Needles In The Camel's Eye," "Baby's On Fire," "Blank Frank," and my personal favorite, the title cut "Here Come The Warm Jets." Recommended.

    • limited edition 45 rpm double vinyl pressing
    • gatefold sleeve with obi strip
    • remastered at Abbey Road Studios by Miles Showell
    • half speed master certificate enclosed
    • digital download included
    • music label: UMC 2017
