  • Salsoul classic reissued! Candido Cameron's illustrious music career began back in the 50's when he played alongside Dizzy Gillespie, Buddy Rich and Count Basie, but it wasn't until the late 70's that the Cuban percussion master really started pumping out these timeless disco classics. This particular 12" features two of his most sought-after and essential disco cuts - "Jingo" and "Thousand Finger Man." Both tracks changed the face of NYC disco, and were highly influential to the underground dance scene (being played, edited, sampled, and remixed countless times). Needless to say these original versions have stood the test of time and still get the dancers out to this day. Top quality import reissue with remastered sound for maximum effect on the dancefloor.

    • black 12" vinyl pressing
    • original release year: 1979
    • music label: Salsoul Records 2025
