Lab Overview

Third studio album from Ohio emo revivalists Citizen. On As You Please, the band fuse elements from each of their studio albums to date, with their trademark melodic intensity fed through layers of reverb and chorus for a processed take on the sound we expect from them. Mat Kerekes’ coarse & catchy vocals recall the more melodic moments of Sparta’s Jim Ward and Brand New’s Jesse Lacey. Highlights include: “Ugly Luck,” “Jet,” “In The Middle Of It All,” “World.” Black in clear colored vinyl; includes printed insert and foldout poster.
