Another pair of forward dancefloor burners from Jiaolong. This time label boss Daphni (aka Dan Snaith of Caribou / Manitoba fame) connects with violinist Owen Pallett (of Final Fantasy) for a rare fusion of stomping electronics and violin. Yep, this is pretty much "violin techno" for lack of a better term, and though that look right on paper, it sounds phenomenal on a proper system. Check the heavy jack on "Julia" while "Tiberius" takes it even deeper, and goes harder into the zone.
