"Filming and screening, I picture the scene..." Not a proper reissue of Speak & Spell, Depeche Mode's classic debut album, but a great way to fill the gaps in your DM collection nonetheless. Includes the band's first three 12-inch singles with replica artwork: New Life / Shout (the remix 12"), Dreaming Of Me / Ice Machine and Just Can't Get Enough / Any Second Now, as well as a replica translucent red 7" flexidisc of the band's split with Fad Gadget. Note: doesn't include the original Just Can't Get Enough / Any Second Now with the sleeping cat on the cover; the boxset instead includes the follow-up single with alternate mixes of the two tracks, but don't fret, the cat cover is included in the form of a poster (even better). Each single is reproduced from the original artwork with audio sourced from the original master tapes, cut at Abbey Road Studios. Individually numbered limited edition housed in hardcover slipcase with code for digital download.
