Unmixed vinyl companion to Diplo's excellent Riddimentary mix! Diplo was given full access to dig into the Greensleeves archives for the mix and as expected, the results were fantastic. The Major Lazer producer and Mad Decent boss has certainly been influenced by the vibrant 80's soundsystem culture and pays proper tribute here with a top notch selection of reggae classics and favorites from the long running and influential UK imprint. The commp features iconic cuts from the likes of Hugh Mundell, John Holt, Lone Ranger, Ranking Dread, Prince Jammy, Eek-A-Mouse, Tristan Palmer, and more. 8 tracks of classic dancehall material. RECOMMENDED.
