  • Volume two, 8 years in the making! Lab homie and world renowned DJ Ross One blew us away with his first Rap Tees book in 2017, an unprecedented tome documenting rare rap tees, promo merch, bootlegs, hats, hoodies and more, mostly pre-internet / pre-mass production; about half of which came from his enviable personal collection. Once Ross started to pull the thread, he found that the treasure hunt was seemingly never ending, and was able to document more than enough for another book! Volume two extends a bit deeper into the history of hip-hop apparel, going all the way up to 2005 (volume 1 ended at 1999) and covering everything from Sugar Hill Gang to Dip Set. Featuring a new forward by Chuck D and over a thousand images of rare tees and merch, volume 2 is just as essential as the first one, if not more. Turntable Lab exclusive copies signed by Ross One, limited and highly recommended!
