  • Finally on wax! Fingerpaint's Arthur Russell-sampling jam "Lunar" was originally dropped digitally back in 2012, leaving vinyl heads fiending for a wax version. Fast forward a few years later and Chit Chat Records has come to the rescue with a proper 12" pressing complete with stellar remixes. The original production was carried out by Tyler Blake aka Fingerpaint aka one half of Classixx who deftly chopped the vocals from Arthur Russell's "This Is How We Walk On The Moon," and crafted a beautiful cosmic house groove from the pieces. Worth the price of admission for the original, but you also get a handful of remixes including the Cosmic Kids who add a boogie flavored bassline to keep it moving, while Tony Adams does the retro 90's house thing and Cooper Saver who goes smooth and balearic with it.
