Lab Overview

Ambient classic on deluxe, super-heavyweight 200 gram vinyl. Originally released in 1973, (No Pussyfooting) found ex-Roxy Music member and ambient pioneer Brian Eno teaming up with King Crimson co-founder and guitarist Robert Fripp for the first of many excursions into experimental ambient music. The two minute sound samples here really don't do these 18+ minute drones justice. You really need to let the sound waves soak in (preferably on a decent system or good headphones) to feel the soothing energy of these tracks, and you can't go wrong with this minty repress. Anyone curious about ambient music should pick this masterpiece up asap, and for fans of the genre, this release is essential. Recommended.
