Giorgio Luceri makes his label debut on Macadam Mambo with a killer selection of balearic acid and techno treats. With previous releases on Jamal Moss's Mathematics label and Brooklyn's On The Prowl imprint, it's safe to say Luceri knows his way around the studio. On Aurora, Luceri stretches out and gives us a dose of ambient atmospherics for openers, then gets right to the nitty gritty with the deep chugging groove of "Panther." "Cheetah" follows suit, but goes darker and harder, while "Primordial Spiritual Energies" truly lives up to its name. The Balearic Mix of "Silence On The Sunset" closes it out on the chill out tip.
