Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory have constantly switched up their sound as Goldfrapp, and they follow up 2013's Tales of Us, which relied heavily on strings and acoustic guitars, with an album that's reminiscent of 2003's Black Cherry. Thumping rhythms and haunting synth layers provide an energetic pulse to the 10 tracker, and combined with Alison's sultry, moaning vocals, the songs create cinematic, dream-like moments that's equally fitting for the dancefloor and headphones. Check out: "Anymore," "Systemagic," "Ocean," "Tigerman," and "Faux Suede Drifter."
