Lab Overview

Journey to the Brooklyn underground with the debut release from Hauser Quaid. Meli Gala marks Greg Zifcak's (aka Hauser Quaid) first solo 12" as well as a move into techno and house territory (he used to produce as half of Bay Area band Eats Tapes, as well as numerous other aliases). The EP showcases Quaid's eclectic sound with four diverse cuts of hypnotic, pulse-pounding techno ("Anna Bugeisha"), sexy deep house ("Meli Gali" and "Loser Gene"), and even some darkly ambient industrial sounds as well ("Runout Dub"). Potent stuff, be on the lookout for this dude.
