If there's one really crucial Scientist on Greensleeves other than "Rids The World," this is it. Wins The World Cup features Scientist at his loosest, in full command of super effects, vocals, layering and just adding bone crushers onto every riddim. Listen to the sample for the dub of "Jacqueline." Roughness! Girl you want discipline. I'm also loving the dub of Johnny Osbourne's "Over 21," Scientist perfect with the vocal cuts, dropping the rhythm in and out like only he can. On the smoother side, the dub of Hugh Mundell's "Red Gold and Green" has always been a favorite and his treatment on Johnny Osbourne's "In Your Eyes" is miles above the semi-annoying vocal version, floating off into space just the way it should be. As usual, production is by Junjo, riddims by the Radics, engineered at Tubby's. Dubs come from Wayne Jarrett (Chip In), Johnny Osbourne (Never Stop Fighting), Hugh Mundell (Mundell). This special 2016 reissue includes a bonus disc including all the original vocal versions with completely remastered sound and huge foldout poster.
