Lab Overview

sensitive bangers, ready for the floor The songwriting team of Alexis and Joe return to Domino for the third time with A Bath Full of Ecstasy. They’re talented producers to boot, handling most of what you hear themselves. A Bath sees them collaborating with outside personnel for the first time (no, James Murphy didn’t produce The Warning) including Phillipe Zdar (Cassius, Phoenix, Cat Power) and Rodaidh McDonald (The xx, King Krule, Sampha). Lead single "Hungry Child" is a sprawl of jubilant keys and claps, Taylor’s Housemartins croon as heartbreaking as always. The only thing more reliable than the group’s tunes is their artwork, with this record sporting visuals designed by Turner Prize winning conceptual artist Jeremy Deller. This double clear indie exclusive vinyl LP comes in a monochromatic sleeve unique to this edition.
